Built in the 11th century, Casa di Borgo Nuovo offers modern amenities while resonating a classic, Italian architecture — stone walls, wood beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The house is available for a minimum of 3 nights or longer term rentals.

A three-story townhouse with two double bedrooms, the house is located on a quiet, residential street, in Central Todi, within walking distance of the main piazza, local restaurants, shops and amenities.

The kitchen was set up with everything we needed, the rooms were bright and airy, the location was perfect... I spent every morning on the piazza watching the mist rise up from the valley, and nearly every evening in the same place watching the clouds reflect the beautiful sunset.

Second Floor

Further up the stairs to the second/top floor, opens to a sky lit alcove that enters into a cozy lounge/study decorated with a Turkish carpet, a comfortable, red leather sofa and chairs in which to lounge, and a desk for writing or working on a laptop.

The lounge connects to the second double bedroom ("Romance"), with a four-poster, wrought iron, queen size bed with semi-sheer curtains for privacy. Your house is so charming and comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep even on our first night. Your recommendations are great. Dined at Pane e Vino last night and Oberdan tonight. Enjoyed both. We’ve walked the hill to the piazza last night and today and love being so convenient. Filled a jug with Grechetto wine this afternoon and thank you for leaving us our first taste.

We have loved our stay in Todi and the house in particular. It was wonderful and so convenient to Todi and the Umbrian hill towns. We really got a good orientation to Umbria and all that it offers.
